By purchasing from or interacting with our Services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


RETURNS

1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, faulty, or incorrect (wrong item sent).

  • If you wish to return an item simply because you changed your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. However, for change-of-mind returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Note: This policy does not cover items damaged due to customer misuse, alterations, or accidental drops after successful delivery.

2. Return Shipping Fees

  • 100% Free Returns for Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, faulty, or incorrect, RESPECTED BRO will cover all return shipping costs by providing a pre-paid shipping label via email. Do not send items back to us using your own label, as those costs cannot be reimbursed.

  • Change of Mind Returns: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

  • Shipping Origin Note: Please note that while our corporate offices are located in Vietnam and Hong Kong, all return items must be mailed back to our dedicated domestic fulfillment facility inside the United States at the following address:

3. How to Start a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps within 30 days of delivery:

  • Contact us via email at support@respectedbro.com with your order number.

  • Provide a brief description of the issue along with clear photos or a short video showing the damage, defect, or the item's current condition.

  • Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to drop off your package.

  • Important Notice: Please do not send packages back to our corporate office addresses in Vietnam or Hong Kong. Do not ship any items back without receiving our official return authorization and pre-paid label first, as the carrier will not be able to process your return.


REFUNDS

1. Refund Approval & Timeline

  • Once we verify the product defect (either through your photo/video evidence or after the package is scanned by the carrier using our prepaid label), we will authorize your refund.

  • Refunds are issued automatically back to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: It typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to officially post to your bank or credit card account, depending on your financial institution.

2. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have received a refund confirmation email from us but do not see the money in your account yet:

  1. Wait 3–5 business days, as banks often require processing time.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank to check for pending transactions.

  3. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@respectedbro.com.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect Address: If a package is undeliverable and returned to us because you provided an incorrect or incomplete address at checkout, the carrier's return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Unauthorized Refusals: If you refuse a delivery at the door without our prior authorization, any return penalties charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.
