When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, or cancel/modify orders due to errors, fraud suspicion, or availability issues. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Prices do not include shipping fees or taxes unless stated otherwise. Applicable Sales Taxes will be calculated dynamically and displayed clearly at checkout based on your delivery address before you complete the purchase. You agree that all payment details provided are valid and authorized.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing & Delivery Timeline: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping to the United States takes an estimated 5–10 business days. Total estimated delivery time from order placement to arrival is 6–13 business days. Please note that these timelines are estimates and not legally binding guarantees.

Shipping Fees: Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package dimensions, weight, and delivery location. We offer Free Standard Shipping automatically for U.S. orders over $50. Orders under $50 will incur a flat-rate standard shipping fee of $3, which will be displayed clearly during checkout.

Restrictions & Delivery Issues: We ship to standard physical U.S. addresses and PO Boxes (via USPS). We do not support delivery to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time. Risk of loss and title for products transfer to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If your tracking states "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact us within 7 days.
